I am having this issue as well and it is unplayable because of it. My frame rate is stable at 80 the whole time, it does not matter what I do to my graphic settings because its not related to that. The packet loss is so severe that I cannot play conquest or any mode where there is players.

Having the same issue on any server joined through conquest EA servers. Not having this problem with external Portal servers and connection's good there. Do you have the three yellow boxes on the left?

I'm trying to figure out if it is server issue or PC issue on my end. Usually only have the issues on all out warfare. Other modes don't seem to be having those issues. Yeah, having the same exact issues and surprisingly the portal maps run perfectly. Sucks I can't enjoy the game I wanted to play but at least I know the issue is most likely not on my end.
